Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 before dispatch. We ship via tracked and signature-required courier services given the value of our products. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are provided at checkout. For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, the recipient may be responsible for import duties and taxes levied by the destination country, unless these have been collected at checkout. Thomas Taylor Horology is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing once a parcel has left the UK.

US Import Duties and Tariffs

For orders shipped to the United States, applicable customs duties and import tariffs are calculated and included in your order total at checkout. This means you pay these costs upfront as part of your purchase, and there should be no additional charge collected from you by customs or the courier upon delivery.

Import duty rates are determined by US customs based on the product category and declared value, and are subject to change in line with US trade policy. We make every effort to ensure the amount charged at checkout reflects the correct duty rate at the time of your order.
